You should get the latest package within 24 hours on your servers. If you need it instantly you can ask your hosting provider to execute cron command on your server : https://www.softaculous.com/docs/admin/immediate-synchronize-with-softaculous-servers/ Once you get the updated package you can try to Upgrade Moodle and it should work fine.
