 unable to login, I can't login to Master panel anymore after I changed the root password of server (5 Replies, Read 19712 times)

Hi, I changed my server root password 2days ago and after that I can't login to master panel becuase of incorrect username or password ,and I get this error in virtualizor service status

useradd: failed adding user 'emps', data deleted

what should I do?
I tried all common suggestions in websites and chat gpt

Sir, Which virtualization type you are using kvm or proxmox?
Once refer this guide to login into panel

Hi,

If you are changing the password for the Proxmox server, ensure that you also update the password in the *Master Panel* >>*Slave Settings* >> by selecting the slave server >> updating the password in the Proxmox settings.
