If anyone don't how to handle this I just tried this solution::

If you check the error log for the subdomain and can see Option All not allowed here then you may customize the virtual host with

<Directory "/home/username/sub.domain.com/public_html/orangehrm">
AllowOverride All
</Directory>

Do not forget to update the directory path to your subdomain's document root.
