I am confused. First you say to delete the folder (/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous) and then you say I have to have a file in the very folder you said to delete.

How do I add a file into a folder I was instructed to delete first?

Hi,

We were referring to the file softaculous.cpanelplugin
i.e. if the above file was deleted the you will have to place the file in the following folder:
/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/
