Please do the following things,

In your config.inc.php replace "$cfg['Servers'][$i]['host'] = 'localhost';" with $cfg['Servers'][$i]['host'] = '127.0.0.1';

If this does not helps then please open a ticket for proper support,

It doesn't work when change to ip. I will file a bug following your suggestion. Thanks.
