I'm very interested on AMPPS, after having used for years MAMP Pro, that by now can be defined a dead project and for sure a non supported product.

Now the problem is how to move to AMPPS without losing everything I managed to setup, with a lot of effort.

So, here's what I'd need to be able to do on AMPPS:
  • Being able to debug the code from PhpStorm
  • Being able to run php script from the command line without using the defaul Mac's php installation. That is, I need to always use the same php version and configuration that is used by AMPPS.
  • Same thing as for xDebug


Is all of that possible, or should I stick with MAMP?
