Backup not completing on primary domain

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 39 Status:	all installs done via Softaculous. all backups done via Softaculous. inmotionhosting.com is my host. my account is Pro Plan which allows 1 Primary Domain and 24 Add-on Domains. softaculous (seems to work fine on my Add-on Domains) when i go to "Application Installs" and click on yellow icon "Backup". the blue progress bar completes and my add-on domains backup file size is from 10M to 44M (i have 24 add-on domain sites) BUT BUT BUT when i backup my Primary Domain (which does NOT have its own sub directory in public_html, this backup does NOT complete the blue bar. the blue bar goes to 95% and no more progress even after 35 minutes. this is a wordpress site, aireraft.com i close the screen. i see in Cpanel softaculous_backups that a directory for the backups is there but i believe aireraft.com (primary domain) are all corrupted backups because the file sizes are not the same and files size is 1.6G and the blue bar stops at 95% and does not complete. see attachment. the red lines show backups today, all did NOT complete, stopped at 95% blue bar. the green line backups are from last week, i'm not sure if these are complete or corrupt. i thought the blue bar completed last week? but now i'm not sure? HELP!
