Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	Hello all. this is my first post. I have AMPPS 2.5 on Windows 8.1. I have two questions: 1. What is the difference between posting here and submitting a support ticket? 2. I noticed that AMPPS is supposed to come with python and mongodb, but I don't have either one. I don't know how or why that happened. I originally got AMPPS a long time ago, I don't remember exactly when. I have the auto upgrade box checked, so if those scripts were added after my first install I should still get them, but I haven't. Before I try deleting and installing the newest version, does anyone have any ideas why I should be missing these scripts, in case it is something else I should address? Thanks
