OK, I saw old thread talking about this, but I thought you have implemented something in the meantime. Well, I don't remember if it's the case, but if not, you should raise a big WARNING during setup, for the user to know that it's a definitive choice. In my case, I didn't even notice this stage, then I inherited of the default "admin"
Anyway, we could also consider this the ironical way, since -- unless mistake -- this "admin" user is a simple user without sudo capability
