error when signing in. 3 attempts and I have to wait 24 hours. Where to change that. I use the cpanel to enter.

I don't think you can change. By the way I have the impression that there is a time-out for the login. So my advice is to always start a new login session, logon and close the login session to be sure to start a new session.
