Hi there,

We are running a dedicated server, and some cpanel accounts on the server are not able to access Softaculous in cPanel.

The Icon is NOT showing in some cpanel accounts, and shows in others.

Please help.

Sir please run this shell command:
root > php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/softaculous.cpanelplugin

It is still not showing in cpanel
