 Unable to Create Database User on Webuzo-V3, Instaled Webuzo-V3 on Ubuntu 20.04 - Can't create Database User (1 Replies, Read 186044 times)

I have installed Webuzo-v3 on my VPS with ubuntu 20.04

Every time when I try to create new database user, I get error message stating "User already exists".

But there no users to display.

I have repeated the process several times, but of no use.
