Hello,

I am facing an issue with my Virtualizor panel. I have created 4 VPS in total, but for the last two days, I noticed that 2 of them are getting automatically suspended every morning (around 10–12 AM).

The strange thing is that only the VPS with cPanel installed are being suspended. The other VPS are working fine.

Can you please help me understand the reason why these VPS are being suspended automatically? Is it related to resource usage, auto suspend settings, or something else?

I checked the panel, but I could not figure out the exact cause. Kindly guide me on how to resolve this issue.

Thank you.

Hi,

Is there any task generated related to suspend VPS in task logs ?
Check if cronm is stuck on your server.
ps aux | grep cronm
Is the VPS under any suspend limits, such as bandwidth overuse or resource restriction?

Let us know.

Hi,

As your vps is suspended at a specific time, can you check the server logs at the same time under /var/log/messages or /var/log/syslog.
