Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	Softaculous backup is not working for a domain. Backups files are not being generated, they need to be generated manually. The backup files were being generated normally, but one day they stopped being generated and the backups were being deleted one by one automatically. Attached images show more information about the domain and the file manager. Server information: Load Averages: 1 min 5 min 15 min 1.05 1.24 1.45 Load Trending Down Operating System: AlmaLinux v9.4.0 Product: cPanel & WHM v124.0.31 (STANDARD) This is the cron job currently configured for my domain: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php -d disable_functions="" /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cli.php --backup --auto=1 --user=werlatonen --insid=26_94358 Manual backup using the CLI command via terminal works, but automatic backup with Softaculous is not working. Please, somebody can help me? If you need any further information, I am available. Thank you in advance.
