if your extra folder in apache in vhost dont work you can change the script and let ammps put it automatic in default chamber of apach see my domain and  subdomain below it works now like a charm from heaven lol

Hi,

Yes any manual changes made will and should work. :)

Note : But don't change extra/httpd-vhosts.conf as AMPPS might rebuild it(while adding a new domain) and you will lose all your settings/configuration. Make a new file and include it in Ampps/conf/httpd.conf instead, similar to httpd-vhosts.conf.

Hi i have tested but however its not working brother.first of allif you include a new script let say vhost.conf ,the server ampps that make and remake or rebuld the making of the subdomains will change always to 127.0.0.1 and this is not working this way is only good for testing local.so what is wrong in ampps server.if you go to manage your server people see this if you make a new domain or subdomain is 127.0.0.1 but what the really must see is this THE ip from the localserver like my server is 192.186.0.1 if this can be in the ampps server the all problem will be over , if you let say install zpanel or wampdevelloper pro it will always show 2 things the static ip and the ip where the server is running and if its good software its show the local ip in there tobut with ampps you can not change the local ip inside the server of ampps and that my friend is wrong. so what have i check sofar , if have make a new include but the server will always rewrite to the first and check the rewrite of the primair host and that is 127.0.0.1 so thats a big problem if you ask me. the script of ampps is wrong in manage your domains or subdomains.if you let say you deleted your originall vhost script than server will not work anymoreif you build a new subdomain it will always look up the 127.0.0.1 first thats is not good if you ask me.ok it works but not automatic and let say you make a new subdomain that is created by the server it needs the 127.0.0.1 script so if you make that subdomain and you put it on virtualname * like this every time it look up the original script always so if you include or not the ammpserver will always lookup the 127.0.0.1 first so if you check al websites with http://webpagetest.org and there is none better you can see always the localhost this is very very bad. if you make a new subdomain let say . open.opserver.be  than first the server will make automatic the sub ok thats good but on the 127.0.0.1 ok but this must be like this automatic the servers ip adress (192.186.1.6) the primair on ammps is 127.0.0.1 if you can rewrite the system that people can choose or select in the box there local ipadress like 192.186.1.6than the system will rewrite it to ip from my server but not to the local systemthis software can not handle like this rewrite the system only local but not for the outsite this can only maunaul like you say but there is a big problem if you put it manual ,ok it works but if you put a new domain ,that back big problems the server look not to your new include but to the script of ammps so ist not a good thing if you every time make new subdomains lol :P   :P   :P   :P must check it out soon , or give a update free like this its not usefull

ampps is good software the only problem is that you can not see the servers ip the only thing peolpe see is the localhost system ,in the box you must see the servers ip like this 192.168.1.6 àr ect ,if you can handle this in manage your sytem than it will work i hope  :-(   this is the only bug for server that i have find , the sripts working perfect none problemphp and mysql working perfect for me. if have see that your have another software for manage your servers , if you can choose in this serversoftware a other ip like where your server is running it will work.but this is not in ampps box thats is for me the big problem and not for me alone i think.i have see another topic in here from somebody that say my subdomain go the the primair domain so local so yes thats treu . so there is a problem in ampps , this is good for somebody that use 1 domain and none subdomains but what if you have 10 domains or hosting or whatever !!! i hope you can fix it than you have a powerfull server the best of all and far better than zpanel or whatever
