Hi, we have contacted your sales because we need to remove a free license from your database because we are upgrading it to premium account. Please attend to it ASAP.

My partner sent the email and yet you asked her to purchase a license when it's clear that she's requesting you to remove the license from your database so she can bump the license to premium from free. Just attend to the request please.
