What do I have to do to change the default domain directory on Windows 7. I want it to be set to C:\domains\local\  .    I tried setting it in the "settings" but it wouldn't create a domain. No error message. The link to add a Hosts file entry wouldn't work either.
I removed my entry from the settings and was able to create a domain in the Ampps/www directory.

Is there something wrong with the way I tried to set it up? Do I have to do anything else? Any permissions ?
Thanks,

Hi,

Is your UAC on ?

Also when you enter the default domain path in settings use "/" instead of "\" in the path.
