Unable to edit apache configuration file (3 Replies, Read 4394 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 5 Status:	I've just installed AMPPS and found out that I can't edit the apache configuration file, because "httpd.conf" come from an unidentified developer. I'm on a Max OSX Mountain Lion system. Please help.

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 4 Status:	Sciamannikoo, I have a very similar install on my side. Are you trying to edit the httpd.conf file from the AMPPS control panel or directly from the file system. I did not have any problem editing from the AMPPS control panel using the Apache tab. I ran into the unidentified developer warning when I first installed AMPPS but once I right clicked and selected open I haven't had any additional warnings. Let me know which way you are trying to edit the file and I'll see if I can help.

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 5 Status:	Thank you Craig, but the problem is not how to open AMPPS: I know how to deal with the unidentified developer in this case. The problem is that once AMPPS is open, I can't edit Apache settings (and yes, from tis control panel).
