So I just installed Webuzo and I am a little confused on this area. I have my domain registered with inmotion hosting. My nameservers are ns.inmotionhosting.com and ns2.inmotionhosting.com. In Webuzo nameserver settings you have Primary IP, Primary Domain, NS1 and NS2. The way I understand it is that my settings should be as follows.
Primary IP: this is my ip provided by my ISP?
Primary Domain: This is my domain that I purchased from Inmotion Hosting "myowncloudsite.com"
NS1: ns.inmotionhosting
NS2: ns2.inmotionhosting.com
What I am trying to do is point my domain with Inmotion Hosting to my webserver at my house.
I wanted to make a correction but there is no edit button..
The corrections are:
Primary IP: this is my static ip that I assigned to my server?
Primary Domain: This is my ip provided by my ISP?
NS1: ns.inmotionhosting
NS2: ns2.inmotionhosting.com
When I pointed my domain to my server earlier it worked but a few hours later it stopped.
You can have you Primary Domain set as "" in the Webuzo Admin Panel and point the domain to the "ip provided by your ISP" from your Domain control panel.
Restart the named service for once.
Root > service named restart
Hope it helps \m/
