Hello Guys,

I have installed the Virtualizor on my dedicated server and when i made the VPS server everything is fine but when i tried to access the VPS server from SSH via putty i can't login with root password it's shows me access denied. I have done too much research on google that some how i can fix this my own but i can't reach my goal is anyone here the same issue please let me know how can i fix this issue as i am feeling too much fedup because i can't up and running until the samll issue fix.

Hello,

Sir, for a quick check, see if your IP is not assigned as an alias to another VPS or server.

Please open a support ticket so we can lookout into the issue.
