1- I installed a Windows 2008 VPS and made a template from it.

When I create a VPS using this template, the password is not set and

it checks drive C for error at start up. Why is this happening?

2- I installed a Windows 2003 VPS using your template and then

made a template from it. Created a vps using this template. Like

Win2008, it started disk checking on start up:

And the the generated password is not working, I have to use the vnc to

login once and after that the password works!

Please explain in details how can I fix these?

I need to understand how to make working templates, then edit current

vpss to make my final working templates.

Were you trying to login with the password you had set in the VPS from which you created the template or with the password which you entered while creating the VPS with the new template  ?

It should set the password which you have entered while creating the VPS with the new template. If you are still unable to login with the set password you can try a power off and power on and then try logging in.

For windows 2003 after creating a VPS or editing the password you need to login once with a blank password so that our script executes and changes the password and logs you out.

To avoid this you can set a default password in templates for all the VPS you create with the template in Media >> OS templates >> Edit template, which will set the default password for all the VPS you create with that template.

Also for the disk checking issue, did you clean shutdown the VPS before creating the template ? and is it checking the disk just after creating the VPS or after editing it ?

I did! I set a default pass for the default Win2003 template but the created VPS logined with blank, with VNC! The mail which was sent from the Virtualizor showed the default password too!

For Windows 2003 you will have to login with a blank password for the first time after creating the VPS and then the system will automatically log you out and then you can login with the password which you have set in Virtualizor panel.
