 Problem with installation of Softaculous., Cannot install (6 Replies, Read 3325 times)

Hello,

I have tried to make installation using wiki:

On 3 different cpanel servers. On all of them there is no any info in plugins section of cpanel. I assume instruction is wrong. Should I start this script from shell?

I have refreshed it several times without success.
I have all cpanel plugins but without Softaculous. I have tried it on the 3 machines with newest cpanel and in every case it is the same.

Main >> cPanel >> Manage Plugins
There is no sign of Softaculous

The addon is visible in directory only:

The wiki instructions are a bit misleading - the softaculous plugin is available from the main list, as can be seen on the picture, and not from the "Manage plugins" section. So just type in softaculous to the "Find" box at the top and you should see it. Relogin might be required (not sure).

Our wiki has the following line :

Now go to : WHM > Plugins (Add-Ons on older versions than 11) > Softaculous - Instant Installs


No where there is a mention of Manage Plugins
