how to add spf in webuzo ?

Ok your IP blacklisted is OVH so you should contact OVH or visit barracuda website and request removal of your IP.
You also need set SPF record. Please check on the internet, do a search of what is SPF. You need add in your DNS the SPF record.
If you look at the result of test if you click on the issue you see what SPF record you have to add into DNS, is:
v=spf1 a mx ip4:158.69.1.224 ~all
you have also under a link with the guide for each host how to add IT.
FOR PTR issue you should contact OVH.
This issue is because Webuzo don't support SPF, DKIM, DMARC and also have not an Antispam so user have to work lot for have good email configured.
