We recently upgraded a few servers from a free to a premium license (directadmin)
I had to manually run 'php cron.php' inside the softaculous folder to get the license type to change as clicking refresh did nothing
So now I want to add all the missing scripts... I go to software, click the top checkbox so all packages are set for install, and then click update settings...
It checks the version for every installed script and then tells me its completed, yet, no new scripts are installed
I tried running 'php install_softaculous.php' to reinstall the plugin and it did the samething via the CLI... scrolled through the installed plugins, stating they were up to date, and said complete
Any idea why this is behaving as such?
Thank you.

Upgraded to premium license, cannot install missing scripts
Well I ran uninstall.sh and deleted everything from the main softaculous folder and re-ran the install script... This fixed the issue with the scripts but I'm noticing another issue now...
On the settings page, I cannot change the contact email nor the timezone... By that I mean, I can change them, but when I save them, they don't stick...
Is this a known issue?

Have you changed the admins username ?
Is it 'admin' or something else ?
