I guess all CMS are overkill for a single operator but if there is one that stands out as being managable it is Joomla.

Joomla 2.5 is very nice. But please, make it very very easy to transition to version 3.0 or whatever this next time. 1.11 1.5 1.7 2.5 its been a long hard road....

I have used Joomla for some time now and have been very pleased. Plenty of extensions either paid or free. Once you get the hang of it you will be able to manage your website easy.
