Excellent! Everything you need and can be expanded with plugins. Doesn't use MySQL, everything is in text files. All indexed, searchable, with a record of who changed what and when. Text formatting is easy, with a toolbar to help. As simple or as comprehensive as you like. Different templates tailor the look of the wiki. Badge it with your own logos/icons. Pages can be public or private. User accounts can have different level of access. Ideal for small to medium wikis.

DocuWiki is fantastic, it is highly configurable and easy to use. It has a fantastic WYSIWYG plug in if you have non-technical users which makes a huge difference. It's actively being developed. Overall I think this is a fantastic wiki framework

I use it to keep my notes tidy and it's very user-frendly. You can also expand its functionality with plugins so it becomes perfect for every purpose!

I have used this for 4 managed service providers I have worked for, for teams of up to 30. It's fantastic and quick to work with, removes any friction in editing and creating pages and has been very well liked by all the techs I've introduced it to. Updates are next-next-finish in the GUI, templating, and copying templates for new client companies we take on and need to document etc is a piece of cake. I love Dokuwiki and have done for about 10 years.
