I had a client contact you about vtiger install. This is what
your people wrote back and my client sent it on to
me.
-----------------

You are facing this error because the vTiger
package is not available on your server.
If you have the root access to the
server please delete the /var/softaculous/vtiger/*
and then execute the
following CRON command to get the package:
Root>
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php
/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php
----------------

So
we did this and it still errors out at 95% done so I sent it off to my server
management team to try
and get it working.  This was there
reply.
---------------------------
I checked the settings again and tested it and it still stops at
95%. This is not a problem with the server, this is something either with vtiger
or softaculous.
I even increased all the limits again (memory limits, php
timeouts, cpanel timeouts, etc) just in case and they are more than sufficiently
high.
Also, it stops just after about 30 seconds, and none of the limits are
anywhere near that low.
I also tailed the cpanel logs during this process
and it shows no error and no reason at the time it stops.
I would suggest
contacting softaculous regarding this because unfortunately without a specific
error from their software, there's no way for us to debug this.
If they give
any other commands to run or need any other details, let me know and we'll
gladly do this.

---------------------------

So this is
now where I'm at it still isn't working so what would you suggest now?
Thanks
for any help
