Hi,
I have just installed Softaculous on a VPS Server, and I use Softaculous to install Joomla on one of my website. Joomla installed fine but when I install a component, an error encountered "Warning! Failed to move file."

Is there something that I need to set in Softaculous Settings installed in my WHM VPS?

Please help.

Sir, is suPHP enabled on your server ?
If suPHP is enabled please configure these settings:

Hi,

Yes it is,
Directories are set to 0755
and files are 0644.

I also changed configuration.php to 0777.

Hi,

Sir your issue has been resolved.
suPHP was not enabled on your server and the settings for suPHP were configured i.e.
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/SuPHP_Settings

We have set this to default i.e. both the fields should be blank.
Everything is working fine now.

Hi, I still encounter error when installing components in joomla. I need to manually set the permission to 0777 for these 4 folders:

components
/administrator/components
public_html/administrator/language/ar-DZ
public_html/administrator/language/cs-CZ

How can I set this in Softaculous settings in my WHM?
