 AJAX failure ! Status : error, Error when installing any theme within popularfx (3 Replies, Read 195005 times)

Hello everyone, I am facing this error when trying to install any theme on my website.
could anyone help me? my apache is 2.4, php is 7.4
I use UOL HOST hosting services

the attachments were not inserted, the error presented is "AJAX failure ! Status : error | Error : Internal Server Error", when trying to add any theme within the popular fx

Hi,
Here are a few things you can try to resolve the above-mentioned issue.
1. Check Server Logs
2. Increase PHP Limits
3. Increase File Upload Limits
4. Check File Permissions
5. Increase Memory Limits
6. Check whether the CURL is enabled on your server or not.
