 Error creating WordPress staging environment, Unable to create a staging environment for my clients WP website (3 Replies, Read 3761 times)

Hello,I've been having an issue whilst trying to create a staging environment for a clients website.
I get the error: The directory you typed already exists.
It looks like Softaculous is creating the staging environment beneath the existing wordpress install.

I'd greatful for any help with this as I'm due to make some large changes to the website.
