cPanel Version: 126.0 (build 16)
Apache Version: 2.4.63
Database Version: 11.4.5-MariaDB
Softaculous Version: 6.2.1

I'm getting the following error when attempting to install:

Hi,

It looks like the issue is due to a bug in cPanel upgrade to MariaDB 11.4 which does not create symlink for /usr/sbin/mysql to /usr/sbin/mariadb :

We have made a patch to handle this issue from our side. I have emailed the patch file to you.

Please upload the patch file on your server and unzip it at :
/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/

Once this is done the installation should work fine.

Hi Sir,

We have released this patch with the latest version of Softaculous v6.2.2.
https://www.softaculous.com/news/softaculous/softaculous-6-2-2-launched-35881.html

That handles your issue and hence you don't need to apply the patch manually after upgrading.
To quickly upgrade Softaculous run Softaculous cron as per your panel : https://www.softaculous.com/docs/admin/immediate-synchronize-with-softaculous-servers/
OR that cron runs every day which will upgrade Softaculous automatically.
