 Doesn't Work, Softaculous Does Not Work (5 Replies, Read 4045 times)

Ok I have purchased a Yearly License for my VPS but it aint working.
When I click on any Software title via cPanel, I get this:

"The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator."

A fix would be good.

Also, it's not happening now, but for a while I was getting an error saying that Paths were wrong. I emailed Support with that but no response as yet.

Hi,

Go to WHM -> Softaculous -> Software

There select all scripts nd Click "Update settings"
It will download all scripts.

About the support ticket, sir we didnt receive any email. Which account did you send it to ?

I sent it to support@softaculous.com which is the address you give on your website.
I also did that Update you mentioned and still having the same issues.

The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator.

What error logs did it give on updating ?
Also I can confirm we didnt receive any email from you sir.
Please check you outbox and see if you sent it to the right email address.

I just purchased a Premium license and installed as directed on my VPS.
When I update settings, I get the following error:

the script/software path is wrong as no software was found

Also, I ran php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php but it made no difference and didn't even execute.


Can you reply as soon as possible with a fix for this? I did search
the forums but only found the one post where no definite solution was
provided.

I checked the SPAM as well and its not there.
I dont know what the problem was with the email.
Hence we will set up a ticket system as well.
