When I try to upload a theme on softaculous for WordPress, it says that it was a a success yet it is not shown in the themes tab in wordpress and in the panel that softaculous offers. When I try to upload it in WordPress, it gives an error saying that I need to increase the file limit for themes in php.ini but when I try to look for php.ini in my FTP, it is not there.

Hi,

Can you please try to upload any other theme zip file by downloading it from WordPress themes repo :
https://wordpress.org/themes/

If it still does not work please open a support ticket with us so we can check this for you :
https://softaculous.deskuss.com/open.php

For increasing file limit you need to go to PHP configuration page in your cPanel and increase the max_upload_size and post_max_size to be greater than the size of the theme zip file you are uploading.
