I've been developing a site for a few months at staging.domainname.com and am ready to clone it up to domainname.com. Every time I run the clone command through Softaculous, I get the error:

Could not make the query numbered : 0
MySQL Error No : 1146
MySQL Error : Table 'domainname_wp33.bvue_blogs' doesn't exist

Originally, the site had been on another server but was migrated over. I manually imported it into Softaculous.

How do I go about getting to the bottom of this?

Hi,

Can you please go to the edit installation page of your Cloned installation and check if the database details are correct :

If you still face the issue please open a support ticket with us and we will check it asap :

Thanks for coming back to me. When the installation runs, it creates a new database. This is the one it always says it can't find, although I confirm each time that it does exist. I've opened a ticket now. Thanks

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in response.

I checked your ticket and it was resolved.

From the ticket I see there was a line in wp-config.php file which is generally used for WordPress Multisite but that line was existing in your config file and your site was not a Multisite causing this issue.

We commented the following line from your wp-config.php file and then Cloning works fine :
define('WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE', true);
