 Media Downloads fail, Larger than 4G downloads fail (2 Replies, Read 1300 times)

Cant seem to donload any media template thats larger than 4G, ie, any windows one, all the others are fine.  Ive checked and changed php.ini upload_max.

medai downloads over 4000MB fail , tried all the obvious, ie, timeouts, nginx upload size etc.

hep appreciated

Hi Bill,
Thanks for your message. If you’ve already updated upload_max_filesize, please also check post_max_size, max_execution_time, and ensure your server supports files over 4GB (e.g., 64-bit system, non-FAT32 filesystem). Let us know if the issue persists.
