 I have a paid licence but it wont update, Keeps saying I have a free licence (4 Replies, Read 2087 times)

In the soft admin panel I click "refresh licence" but it dont work, still saying I have a free licence... its a directadmin debian 5 server, in the client area of this website it says I have a prem licence and its activated.

Hi,

You may run the cron command to refresh the license status:
Root> php /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/cron.php

Fixed that cheers now I have the same issue as the people in the thread "Prim licence acting as free licence"
I can not install all the prem scripts its only got the 59 installed no matter what I do -_-

SOLVED.

WHAT I DO ???

Login to directadmin with admin account.

go to plugin administrator

DELETE the Softwaculous installation (no uninstall)

I reinstall it using the actual files downloaded, not new ones! If you download new ones, will NOT WORK!

i run :
cd /usr/local/directadmin/plugins
/usr/local/bin/php -d open_basedir=/ -d safe_mode=0 -d disable_functions="" /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/install_softaculous.php
Now is working.


Fixed it with that guys soultion... clearly there is a bug with directadmin that needs fixing ASAP.
