What issue did they find ? it seems it was a cpanel problem. when cpanel updated to their lastest version it removed the x3 theme from /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend so non of my clients were able to access cpanel. this was reported to cpanel and they corrected this by reinstalling the x3 theme, but on doing this it wiped out added software (Softaculous, Rvsitebuilder etc.), but these wre still available through my root WHM, so the techs sorted this out and reinstlled tjhese back to my cpanels. I have no idea how. ----------------------- Majesty Hosting
