Hi,
Sir it is possible but you will have to use the same username in Webuzo as you used in cPanel, because if you change the username the domain path will change which will cause the installation to break. You can refer to the following guide on how to restore a backup on a new server : http://www.softaculous.com/docs/How_to_Restore_a_Backup_on_a_New_Server ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |

Hi,
Sorry I missed that you had already mentioned that it is a vBulletin forum. It is not possible to take a backup then because vBulleting is not available in the Softaculous script list. You will have to manually move the installation. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |

Hi,
Sir you will have to manually move all the files and folders to the new server and create a new database and database user on webuzo and import your current database. You will also have to add the domain in Webuzo for the script to run properly. You should also use the same username as you are using with Hostgator. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |
