 cancel license not working!!, Need to cancel license immediately (4 Replies, Read 4224 times)

First, the license was auto-renewed despite the fact that I disabled auto renewal.

Second, I cant cancel the license from the NOC panel, error reads:

can you please help me ASAP in cancelling the license? I need it cancelled ASAP
