Hi,
Quote I have few domains in my panel, the problem now is that I have completed my website which is written in java and I really can't find a way to make it opening in tomcat mode.
Did you install Tomcat ?
You can install it from the Webuzo Enduser Panel >> Apps >> Java Containers >> Tomcat
Here is a guide:

Quote Is it possible to have for example 2 domains opening with tomcat and the rest to be using the default apache?
Once Tomcat is installed, it will get enabled for all of the domains.
This can altered by editing the file /usr/local/app/tomcat/conf/server.xml
Note : The file is rebuilt by Webuzo at certain instances.
Quote I can open my deployed application only by using this pattern "server-ip:8080/appName"
Please make sure you place your app at the following location
Code /home/username/webapps
You can use the Tomcat Manager from the Webuzo Enduser Panel to start/deploy your application.
Hope it helps
