Apparently if you add a server to the list and for some reason it never established a connection it can't be removed and returns the message from my last post.

If it has established a connection at one time or another then it can be removed.

Sometimes Pinguzo can't be installed and fails, when that happens it won't be able to be removed from the list because the install failed and it never established its connection.
