I used the Duplicator WordPress plugin to migrate a WordPress site to a new host and the site itself is working as expected. I'd like to be able to use Softaculous to quickly update plugins, themes, etc. so I went into Softaculous and scanned for installations and it found the WordPress install however it's saying it cannot connect to the database despite all of the database details being correct and matching the details in wp-config. Is there something special I need to do to get this working? I've tried everything in Softaculous itself and checked DB/DB user settings and privileges to no avail.
