Is it possible to update Prestashop 1.6 in Softaculous to Prestashop 1.7?

Seems Prestashop 1.6 is end of life, but I do not know how to update existing Prestashop 1.6 installs to Prestashop 1.7.

Is there a path to do this in Softaculous?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in response.

PrestaShop does not support the manual update anymore. They support only the automatic update process which is done using their One Click Upgrade module.

You can refer to the following guide on how to use the module and upgrade your installation :
https://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/Automatic+update

We recommend you take a backup of your site before upgrading.
