I'm using Windows Server 2019 with KVM.
using LVM SSD Storage.

1q/1t 4K Performance is 4MB/s ~ 5MB/s
32/q1t 4K Performance is 10MB/s ~ 11MB/s

How can i fix this issue?

tested with Virtio, SCSI, No Cache, Default I/O Policy
