I have been struggling installing Virtualizor on Centos 7 due to viibr0 not being created. The default nic is listed as em1 not eth0 so I guess the script is skipping this during the install.
I found a way around this by manually creating ifcfg-viibr0 and then updating the ifcfg-em1 file to work with the bridge.
I know you can set by default settings to in grub to turn off these new names by adding:
net.ifnames=0 biosdevname=0
Even after adding that to the install options and installing Centos 7 the install script still does not create the bridge with ifcfg-eth0.
Other than that there is a firewalld issue where its not being opened for the ports after the install. Had to manually do that as well.
