I have 5 KVM VPSs hosted on Afterburst that I rent to some customers. I'm thinking if I would be better off renting ONE big hardware server, and using Virtualizor, install 5 KVM virtual servers on that hardware server. (English is not my mother tongue, so I hope I get myself clear).

Would it be cheaper (for me) to have ONE large hardware server, divide it in 5 or more virtual KVM servers and rent them to my clients, or is it better to have those 5 KVM servers on Afterburst? What should I take into account?

If having a large server is the best option, where do you recommend to rent a large bare metal server with 6 or more IPs (one for each VPS=?

Thanks a lot!

A bare metal server with Virtualizor can be cheaper and more flexible, but it requires more management and is a single point of failure. If you go this route, consider OVH, Hetzner, Reliablesite, Leaseweb, or Psychz for good pricing and multiple IP options. Want help comparing specific plans?

It depends on cost, management, and scalability. Renting one big hardware server can be cheaper long-term and give you more control, but you’ll need to manage hardware, networking, and security yourself. Using Afterburst is easier but may cost more per VPS. If you go for a dedicated server, providers like OVH, Hetzner, or Leaseweb offer good options with multiple IPs.
