 Problem with SugarCRM install (10 Replies, Read 12829 times)

I have installed SugarCRM through Softaculous as a normal install (not import) and the index.php page is displaying only gibberish.  Here is a sample:

��������Z{s�6�[��w@�i(O������Gώ=���M��HHB

I have Wordpress installed through Softaculous and that is fine.  Is there something I must do to fix this?

Thanks for the quick response.  We are assuming the problem is on our side, seems it is pointing to character encoding.  If we can't figure it out, I will send the info via email - Will post a followup if it seems relevant!

I hear that others are having this problem with SugarCRM 5.5 which is installing with Softaculous, that the installation is not formatted properly is this a known issue that you guys know a fix for?  See the thread below for details

Sir, the bug was a SugarCRM bug and we are releasing their fix 5.5.1 tomorrow.

Has this been fixed yet? I just installed SugerCRM on 2 different accounts and have the same problem, where the CSS doesn't load properly.

Hi,

Can you please give us the URL.
The last update was a bug fixed in 5.5.1 in itself.
The actual bug was there in 5.5.0
