Hello Alons,
is correct but your reply was about other problems i reported. If you read my email i was asking for the magento shop problem again.

Anyway, we should looking forward for an resulution for this problem.
If you know how to fix this problem please let me know.

We had asked for the account details.
I tested the Magento Installation on our servers my self.
Without the account details, we are not able to check for any errors.

In the meantime I have deinstalled and installed agin but I get the same error.
What exact from information you need?
Please email my so that I can replay with the information.
