Is there a way to disable auto-renewal and deduct the renewal fee to my balance? I prefer to manually apply the payment that automatically debiting it to my account due to some customers not paying on time and I do not want to shoulder the costs

Hi miletjs

you can disable auto renewal for any license at any time from the noc center.

When I click on the license, there is no checkbox or anything there that can disable auto-renewal. I noticed its available only when purchasing the license. When it's purchased i cant find the link to disable auto renewal. Where is it located?

There is a Auto Renewal Link on the left of the NOC Center
