I think I never changed the database password or username. Due an update of live helper chat who are bugged and I am waiting for the fix i downgrade the installation by replacing folder file with previous version, after that i entered into database and removed all data because of an issue but not changed database user and password.
When i was made backup of Live Hlper chat before remove the content of the database I was sure backup was done fully.. no warning has been showed to me so when i resumed the installation I have loosed all data as I have no more database.
This is a very dangerous situation.
Now also if i look at the live helper chat can see there are no database info. This should generate a warning red big warning... but nothing is showed.
